About the Role
The bit about the company:
This business is a Scandinavian born neo bank, who work with ecommerce businesses across the globe. Their offering gives companies the flexibility to control their cashflow, offering working capital & invoicing solutions.
They were founded in 2020, and to date have received nearly $300m in funding (Series B.) They employ around 200 people, with a major presence in Europe. With this growth, they are continuously looking to tackle new markets, the DACH market being the largest in the EU, they are looking to push heavily throughout the region.
The bit about the role:
? – Senior level AE. Being the DACH lead, it’s giving scope to move into a Country Manager position with success.
? - End-to-end cycle from prospect to close. (yes, they do have an SDR & marketing team, but I don’t want to take this away from the hunter nature.)
? - $500k-3m monthly spend for clients, with an avg sales cycle of 60 days.
? – You’ll be the first boots on the ground for Germany, so you’ll have a lot of autonomy here.
The bit about you:
? - Strong experience selling fintech SaaS solutions.
? - Comfortable selling to CFO & VP levels within the eComms or regulated industries.
? - Closed mid-market clients through the DACH region.
? – Happy working remotely.
? – bilingual German & English.
In return they’re offering a €80-90k base, with a solid commission structure of 15% of all revenue generated. (expect $30/40k per quarter in commission.)
4 stage interview process. Not bad huh.
