Native Advertising Sales Manager

The bit about the company:
This is a rare opportunity to join an early stage start up, whilst having an existing client-base & network to utilize. The business is a UK based paid content business, generating targeted leads for eCommerce & D2C vendors.
Founded in 2019, they have had huge success in performance marketing campaigns for their client base & are now developing a new arm of the business to focus solely on native advertising on an international scope.
With this in mind, they’re in need of a seasoned sales professional within the realms of native advertising to help start the business with the vision of moving into a General Manager position following growth.
The bit about the role
As Head of Agency Sales, you’ll be responsible for bringing on board new advertiser clients & devise a GTM strategy for the business
Within the company network, you’ll develop partnerships with existing suppliers & portfolio, for internal referrals
Given an existing client base, you will be able to cross/up-sell
Less cold calling focused, more strategic BD
Create sales & marketing materials
The bit about you
Native ads sales experience is a must
Self starter, and wanting to help develop a new business
Leadership experience isn’t essential, but wanting to grow and build a team underneath you would be ace
The business is a part of a wider network, so you will have huge amounts of support & existing networks to tap into.
Salary – open to talk. Ball-park, £60-80k base + uncapped bonus.
Hybrid working Central London 2/3 days a week.

The bit about the company:
This business is a Virtual Data Rooms SaaS vendor, focusing on M&A. They employ around 1,200 people globally, boast the market’s best performing platform & work with the world’s largest financial institutions.
They are continuously growing through the DACH market and are looking for a client support specialist to follow up with existing clients with encrypted data of the project details, following completion of the sale/project.
The bit about the role:
You will be responsible for providing product support, assisting clients with any queries and requests they have following completion of their projects.
Following completion of project, you will compile project data and send this on to clients throughout the EU.
Providing product support, you will be able to advise and assist with troubleshooting from simple through complex issues.
Building long-term client relationships, developing a rapport with key contacts.
Hybrid set-up in Frankfurt, with 2/3 days in office per week.
The bit about you:
Experience in a client facing position - Customer Success/Support.
Native/Fluent level of German & English
Problem solving/troubleshooting skillset
An interest within the IT/SaaS industry
In return they’ve ballparked *€40k base, plus bonuses. *It’s worth noting they are very open to discuss this, so if it’s slightly below expectations, they will (and have previously) look in excess of this.

ROLE

- Direct Sales in the DACH market

They are continuously growing through the DACH market, and are looking at a number of sales professionals from with experience in selling SaaS solutions to join them in hunter/farmer style roles, building long term relationships with corporate businesses.
The bit about the role:
? – From Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive & Sales Manager levels – they’re hiring throughout. You would be responsible for creating & managing territory account plans; building relationships through both inbound & outbound activity.
? - End-to-end cycle from prospect to close. This is project based, so expect a range of cycles from 10 minutes, to 12 months. Renewals look to be around every 3 months, so expect to hear back from your favourite prospects regularly with new requirements.
? – You’ll be taking on responsibility for a personal set of accounts – it’s up to you how you manage them!
The bit about you:
? – Experience in selling SaaS solutions. They have a number of vacancies, so experience from 1 year through to 8 years would be awesome ?
? – Advanced relationship building experience. As above, the sales can be project based so you’ll need to be good at building a lot of relationships & being interpersonal with prospects!
? – Happy working from Frankfurt/Hesse. They don’t have any office policy but being in the region for team meetings/training etc is ideal.
? – bilingual German & English.
???? - Being capable of juggling a lot of balls at once. You won’t be working solidly on one prospect for 12 months, you can get contracts signed daily!
In return they’re offering base salaries from €45k-90k depending on experience, plus uncapped OTE.

This business is a Gartner recognized, AI driven Customer Data Platform. They’ve worked their way through the APAC market & are a newcomer to the US territory.
They’ve had some major client wins recently & looking to capitalize on this with a VP of Sales to head up & continue to scale their NA sales team.
A bit of a unique approach to the market, they’ve answered several needs where competitors have not, and able to do the job or 3 or 4 products rolled into one, thus saving money for the end user… in this climate, obviously quite a big talking point.
The bit about the role
? – VP of Sales, North America
???? – player/coach model – to start on both acquiring new logos yourself, whilst leading and building a team of Enterprise AEs across the region
?- Targeting clients in financial, telco, healthcare, travel to name a few
? - $2m individual quota; $10m team quota
? - Deal sizes avg $250-500k, with a 4-8 month cycle.
The bit about you
? - built & lead high performing sales teams for 3 years+? Perfect.
? – building & scaling from small to large sales figures. i.e. growing from $5m to $20-30m in 1-3 years.
? - Strong experience selling martech/ad agency solutions
? - Comfortable selling to CxO/VP levels in the above industries
? - Closed multi-million-dollar deals? Sweet.
? - Strong head. You’ll be remote based, so being able to take responsibility & work autonomously helps.
? - Ideally ET/CT based
In return they’re offering a $200-250k x2 package with full benefits.
