- A global company with offices in the UK, Israel and the US, looking to double headcount in the UK in the next year.
- They help businesses to utilise social data to improve the customer experience and increase revenue growth.
- Integrated with a number of CRM and analytics systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to allow businesses to understand what social content customers find most engaging and improve the customer experience.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close, with around 40% inbound coming from marketing.
- Get to know the inside of the prospects business needs and explain the value of the solution in helping them reach their goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to stay in touch with the latest advances.
