Customer Success Manager - London

£50k plus bonus on renewals and growth.

A mature start-up selling a truly enterprise SaaS solution spanning web compliance and data privacy.

THE COMPANY

  • A global company founded in 2009 with fortune 500 clients including Disney, CitiBank, McDonalds and EasyJet.
  • They are offering a cloud based solution tackling cyber security threats and data breaches for large enterprises.
  • A reputable organisation with a healthy bank balance and fantastic track record of looking after and retaining staff (3-7 years median tenure).

THE ROLE

  • They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the small and growing UK team, with a focus on renewals and growth.
  • You will get the opportunity travel internationally (covid permitting) around 30% of the year.  
  • You will be working across multiple verticals with a book for 30 accounts including fortune 500 companies.
  • Knowledge of the end to end cycle required, as well as experience in dealing with renewal contracts and quarterly business reviews.
