A recently funded MarTech SaaS business who offer B2B solutions including social media management, social listening, and employee advocacy.
THE COMPANY
- A global company with offices in the UK, Israel and the US, looking to double headcount in the UK in the next year.
- They help businesses to utilise social data to improve the customer experience and increase revenue growth.
- Integrated with a number of CRM and analytics systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to allow businesses to understand what social content customers find most engaging and improve the customer experience.

THE ROLE
- Deal with the post sales process from implementation and onboarding, to analysing and strategizing the accounts with a focus on growth and retention.
- Understand each clients business needs and what they want to get out of the platform.
- Monitor and create a unique plan with each client, making sure they are getting the most out of the platform.
