Customer Success Manager - London
Salary £35k- £55k depending on experience, plus shares.

A customer success position with a recruitment SaaS solution.

THE COMPANY;
- A communication platform connecting tech businesses with talent directly.
- They are building the underlying infrastructure for finding work, an easy to use SaaS platform, and are seeing a huge demand for their solution so are scaling up with plans to double headcount this year.
- They are saving businesses money and time whilst increasing transparency in their recruitment processes.

THE ROLE;
- Ensure customers are integrated onto the platform and know how to use the resources.
- Tailor support depending on the needs of the company, run webinars, quarterly business reviews etc.
- Hybrid with 1-2 days in office.
- Work closely with AE’s, tech and product teams within the business.
