A SaaS Social company HQd in the US is searching for a German-native customer success manager to be based out of their London office. They have started operations in Europe 3 years ago and have had tremendous growth, which is why they are in search of a CSM Manager for the enterprise DACH accounts. You will be the only CSM in charge of the DACH and Eastern European Accounts for the time being - making this position a team lead position in the long run as more CSMs are required when accounts grow and are added.
You will be the authority on 10 accounts right from the start - larger and smaller but all Enterprise accounts within the Finance industry - among which are some very known and big logos. The oldest accounts are 2-3 years old, the newer ones being a few months. Travel around Europe to these accounts is as necessary is, on average travel twice a month is sufficient. Leading trainings and best practice sessions + working closely with the product team to channel client feedback into the design cycle.
