The Director CoE Commercial will lead and help support the entire global commercial team to drive sales and operational excellence. This role will oversee Sales, Customer Success and partners teams and will be in charge of all sales administration and process (Deal Desk Management, Content, CRMS and Sales Process Management, Enablement Program, Pricing Desk).
- Lead a team of sales operations members while also contributing individually to the business
- Maintain executive-level relationships across the company
- Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with Sales, Channels, Marketing and Finance.
- Lead sales process improvement including partnering with the sales team to ensure sales process is followed
- Regularly provide key business insights and recommendations for improvement to executives
- Evaluate, implement, and manage all sales tools and technologies complementary to our CRM
- 8-10 years of Sales Operations leadership and management experience in the enterprise software industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- International work experience and background interacting with distributed teams, with multiple countries and cultures
- Proven leadership and facilitation of cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing
