What you can expect:
- Plan, carry out, and monitor quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with agencies, regional sales leaders, and marketing colleagues.
- Prepare and evaluate events
- Help the sales and global digital marketing teams coordinate to create and carry out account-based marketing initiatives.
- Complete control over the regional budget and pipeline
- Manage KPIs in relation to the quarterly territorial budget and report on them.
- Work together with the partner team and take advantage of co-marketing opportunities.
- Establish and maintain connections with regional organizations, business partners, analysts, and sector leaders.
- Develop, localize, and adapt global efforts to meet regional needs in close collaboration with the local content team. You should also prepare executive-level thought leadership campaigns.
- Build industry ties through targeted marketing initiatives like sponsorships, content partnerships, etc. in collaboration with our local PR agency and communications team.
- Analyse pipeline and opportunity data using programs and technologies like SFDC, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Manage KPIs in relation to the quarterly territorial budget and report on them.
- 10% of travel should be done within Germany to support any marketing events or meetings
- German native speaker residing in Germany
- B2B SaaS experience
- a business or marketing-related bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing or a comparable marketing discipline + proven event planning and management skills
- familiarity with and expertise in account-based marketing
- Excellent time management, organization, and writing abilities
- Skills for effective communication in written and oral presentations
- Entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivation, a desire to surpass goals, and an excellent eye for detail
- Being able to flourish in a fast-paced environment
