Head of Sales Development

Are you currently leading a team of SDR’s and looking to take an exciting step in your career?

Our client is looking to bring on their first ever Head of Sales Development to build, train, and manage their inaugural SDR team. This position will be initially be leading a team of 5 SDR’s with the goal of eventually moving into a second line manager role that oversees 5 team leads.

Candidate must be located in Louisiana and able to manage the team in person.

The ideal candidate looks like:

  • 2-3 years of team lead experience
  • Ability to do own prospecting and generate leads for Account Executive team
  • Lead from the front and show team how to create prospect lists and cold call into those lists
  • Create KPI’s for team
  • Shadow team’s calls and provide insight and feedback in real time

Our client is a Telecom/MSP organization. It is an added bonus if the candidate comes from one of these industries, but not a must have. The must have is being a hungry go-getter that wants to quickly grow their sales leadership career.
