Head of sales
We are currently working with a RegTech leader based in London who are looking to hire a talented sales individual who has a background in selling enterprise software and used to exceeding targets.
The business is a start-up and looking to hire a senior professional to build out and deliver the new sales strategy for the business. This is a new role in a sub-20 person business with a tight team of ambitious colleagues who aim is to conquer the world.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build a sales strategy for winning new business and up-selling to existing business
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead generation activities and pipeline growth
- Manage the design and delivery of Sales processes and plans
- Manage forecasting and pipeline reviews, commission plans and objective setting, when required
- Report and work closely with the CEO to drive business growth
- Cultivate and grow talent
- Proven track record exceeding targets selling enterprise software to financial institutions
- Proven track record in sales, sales management and account management
- 8yrs’ Sales experience, FinTech sector preferred
- Strong ability to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance
- Team player
- Demonstrate good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust and credibility
