A leading SaaS Research Vendor is in search of a Junior Customer Success Manager for their Berlin office. This company has seen a 180% growth in revenue in the DACH Region just last year.
As a Junior CSM in this position, you will be working with existing clients on projects of different scopes, ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience and are receiving the best possible functionality and success of the software. As you progress you will receive more and more budget responsibility (€1M+).
As part of the package you will receive a company car as meetings with clients 2-3 days a month are common.
In terms of career progression there is the possibility to stay within Customer Success or divulge into Sales also - the company is flexible in that regard.
