They’re looking to build out their U.S presence and bring on an experienced Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join their NY office and focus on successfully and consistently delivering ROI and value for customers by consulting for their business while leveraging company solutions.
Their integrated software collects, customizes and optimizes the best responses to every type of user- generated content and provide growing brands with the essential marketing tech stack they need to win in a customer-focused world.

- 2-3+ years of successful experience in client management/strategy/ consulting
- Experience of working with e-commerce and other website platforms, content management systems, and responsive websites
- Ability to draw strategic insights from data generated in our Business Intelligence platforms and Google Analytics
