An opportunity to hire, lead and grow a team of SDR's.

- Working at every stage of the customer journey online in greeting/guiding and supporting them using AI and Machine learning to give a tailored experience to each individual.
- Integration with Slack, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Facebook Messenger to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Headquartered in Oslo with a new office in Stockholm.
ROLE
- Hire a team of SDR's to generate new business for the sales team.
- Manage the team providing onboarding, coaching and training to help them achieve their KPI's
- Must be fluent in English. Swedish or Dutch is a bonus.
- Demonstrate strong selling, technical and influencing skills.
