Account Exec, DACH The bit about the company: This business is a SaaS based email marketing company. Headquartered in the UK, and a growing presence throughout Europe & the US. They received over €100m in funding through the last 2 years, and in the midst of building a team out to help expand across the DACH & Southern Europe market. The bit about the role: ? – They’re targeting Mid-market and Enterprise level (500+ employee) businesses within the tech industry. ? - End-to-end cycle from prospect to close. Inbound lead heavy, so you’ll be focused on managing the cycle & closing those deals. ? – running demo’s (remotely) The bit about you: ? – Minimum of 3 years experience selling SaaS solutions (ideally martech) ? – Advanced relationship building experience. As above, sales cycle can vary hugely so building those relationships is key! ? – Happy working from home. With only a small presence in DACH currently, they would require you to work remotely in Germany. ? – bilingual German & English. I say no more. In return they’re offering a package of €115k. Sales Executive, M&A SaaS

The bit about the company: This business is a Virtual Data Rooms SaaS vendor, focusing on M&A. They employ around 1,200 people globally, boast the markets best performing platform & work with the worlds largest financial institutions. They are continuously growing through the DACH market, and are looking at a number of sales professionals from within the FSI or M&A world to join them in hunter/farmer style roles, building long term relationships with bankers. The bit about the role: ? – From Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive & Sales Manager levels – they’re hiring throughout. You would be responsible for creating & managing territory account plans; building relationships through both inbound & outbound activity. ? - End-to-end cycle from prospect to close. This is project based, so expect a range of cycles from 10 minutes, to 12 months. Renewals look to be around every 3 months, so expect to hear back from your favorite prospects regularly with new requirements. ? – You’ll be taking on responsibility for a personal set of accounts – it’s up to you how you manage them! The bit about you: ? – Experience in selling within the FSI. They have a number of vacancies, so experience from 1 year through to 8 years would be awesome ? ? – Advanced relationship building experience. As above, the sales are project based so you’ll need to be good at building a lot of relationships & being interpersonal with prospects! ? – Happy working from Frankfurt/Hesse. They don’t have any office policy but being in the region for team meetings/training etc is ideal. ? – bilingual German & English. ???? - Being capable of juggling a lot of balls at once. You won’t be working solidly on one prospect for 12 months, you can get contracts signed daily! In return they’re offering base salaries from €45k-90k depending on experience, and OTEs from €60k to €125k. 3 stage interview process. All virtual. That is all. DACH Account Executive

The bit about the company: This business is a Scandinavian born neo bank, who work with ecommerce businesses across the globe. Their offering gives companies the flexibility to control their cashflow, offering working capital & invoicing solutions. They were founded in 2020, and to date have received nearly $300m in funding (Series B.) They employ around 200 people, with a major presence in Europe. With this growth, they are continuously looking to tackle new markets, the DACH market being the largest in the EU, they are looking to push heavily throughout the region. The bit about the role: ? – Senior level AE. Being the DACH lead, it’s giving scope to move into a Country Manager position with success. ? - End-to-end cycle from prospect to close. (yes, they do have an SDR & marketing team, but I don’t want to take this away from the hunter nature.) ? - $500k-3m monthly spend for clients, with an avg sales cycle of 60 days. ? – You’ll be the first boots on the ground for Germany, so you’ll have a lot of autonomy here. The bit about you: ? - Strong experience selling fintech SaaS solutions. ? - Comfortable selling to CFO & VP levels within the eComms or regulated industries. ? - Closed mid-market clients through the DACH region. ? – Happy working remotely. ? – bilingual German & English. In return they’re offering a €80-90k base, with a solid commission structure of 15% of all revenue generated. (expect $30/40k per quarter in commission.) 4 stage interview process. Not bad huh.
