Insurance Partnership Sales - MedTech

COMPANY
- MedTech company providing an AI-backed, data-driven surgery platform and surgical hardware.
- >$200m funding
- They give surgeons opportunities to collaborate, share and review, whilst providing extensive data.
- German HQ is Berlin, remote working is available anywhere in Germany.
ROLE
- Insurance Sales Manager, responsible for creating partnerships with Insurance providers In Germany and potentially across Europe.
- They have one partnership already in place, but are looking for someone to take this to market and onboard new Insurance partnerships which can create a variety of collaboration opportunities to benefit both parties.
- Salary is flexible, €100k+ base + commission. (I am sure we can find a fair agreement for the right candidate.).
REQUIREMENTS
- We are looking for someone that has either worked for an Insurance provider, most likely in the Digitization, Innovation or Technology arms of the business and understand this process.
- OR someone that has held a similar role before, that knows how to sell to Insurance providers and who to speak with, most likely for a MedTech or software vendor.
- A network is very valuable.

Must be a strategic thinker, able to understand clients needs and translate this into an effective plan of action. Utilising the results from previous campaigns to always be learning what works best.
