We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives to join a global SaaS business that provide the go to platform for the Chief Financial Officer.
COMPANY
- Multi-faced tools that allow businesses to connect data from any source to financial, regulatory, sustainability and performance. One stop shop for the CFO.
- 12 person Nordic sales team based in Sweden
- Working with >80% of Fortune 500
- Retention rate >95%
- 20 global office locations
ROLE
- Delivering enterprise sales in the Nordic market, deal sizes typically $70k-$300k ARR, with 7 figure deals too.
- Approx one third of pipeline self generated, two thirds from BDRs, Marketing and Partners.
- Salary is flexible but circa 900k-1.2m SEK base, double OTE + 130k car allowance
- Half year accelerators to 25%.
- Land and expand sales
REQUIREMENTS
- Enterprise SaaS sales experience selling multi-faceted solutions, typically for a larger company.

What you’ll be doing:
Building a pipeline, pursue & open opportunities with corporate businesses in the DACH region.
Both inbound & outbound activity, through multiple channels.
Support AEs, and create targeted approach plans for key prospects, identifying pain points.

ROLE
- Managing a team of 5 Enterprise/MM Sellers, the role is open due to team growth and is an additional hire.
- Team deal sizes typically $50k-$100k+ ARR, but can go much higher. Land and expand model.
- Approx one third of pipeline self generated, two thirds from BDRs, Marketing and Partners.
- Facilitate and coach the team to success.
- Salary is flexible but circa €130k-€150k base with double OTE. €12k car allowance.

They’ve done this over the past 15 years now, and currently valued at $2.6b, employing over 1,500 people across the planet.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing a small team of 2/3 Account Managers in a player/coach role.
Hire & onboard new members to your team with success & growth.
Driving success through landing deals with leading advertising brands across Germany.
Manage discovery calls and build longterm relationships with clients.
Negotiation of contracts/deal signing.
What they expect:
Native German linguistic skills.
Prior experience of leading a team, or mentoring and being involved with team growth – hiring, performance reviews etc.
Hunter mentality, with proven sales/outbound experience.
Experience within the realms of digital advertising/marketing agencies/platforms.

Salary - £60-70k base with uncapped commission (70/30 split)
Central London based (hybrid setup) and the office culture is MASSIVE. Genuinely one of the best offices I’ve been to… you’ll agree when you go there. On top of this, they’ve invested a lot into the onboarding process, so give huge amounts of training and support to get you up to scratch.
