Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to add to their growing team. The organization provides an Enterprise innovation platform to financial services firms to allow their developers to create custom cross-asset trading, risk tools, and analytics to gain more value out of their R&D.
They received their Series C funding late last year and are rapidly growing across all departments.
They are looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager who can perform the following duties:
- Perform Executive Business Reviews with customers
- Be the Voice of the Customer to internal counterparts
- Coach customers on best practices to get the most out of the platform
- Handle yearly renewals
- Identify upsell/expansion opportunities within the account and work alongise sales to close those opportunities
