This vacancy will give you full responsibility for partner relationships across the DACH region. Revenue generated and market growth is all on you.

You will:

• Interact with internal sales and partner team members to answer questions, aid in the sales process, and resolve any difficulties that arise as a result of strategic partner leads.

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, partner agencies, and internal teams in order to ensure alignment, gather data, and provide feedback.

• Attend conferences and company events with partners to learn about and measure quarterly, target-based KPIs in your region. Collaborating with Agency Partner Team marketers to discover partner content needs, co-marketing possibilities, and events that are relevant to the agency

• Collaborate with partners to find prospective leads and avenues for client growth.

• Lead discovery calls with potential agencies to grow our partner ecosystem through aggressive prospecting and inbound inquiries.


Skills required:

• 3–5 years experience managing digital/development agency relationships

• A proactive and optimistic approach that creates trust and openness with our partners and reflects our dedication to success

• Fluency in both English and German.


The business in question is a fast-growth cloud-hosting vendor, who are established globally, they have so far received $47m in funding, are VC backed and have doubled in size in the last 2 years, now employing nearly 300 people on a global scale.


They are remote-first, already have a strong presence in Germany, and can offer allowances for hot-desking etc.


Salary is looking at €120-150k OTE with an 80/20 split.
